Hello! My name is Kayla Smith. I am a STOTT certified Pilates instructor via Equilibrium. I have training experience at Orange Theory and Hotworx and I love the fitness/wellness atmosphere.  I hope to bring my positive attitude and up lifting environment to every one of my clients. To me, Pilates is more than a workout, it’s a wellness routine and healthy lifestyle habit, which is what I care about most. I love feeling my best with healthy eating, workout, and mental habits that I hope my clients can take away with as well!

I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to helping other lead healthier lives. I am a certified STOTT mat and reformer Pilates instructor, driven by my desire to empower individuals to discover their inner strength and unlock their full potential. Working in healthcare has given me a profound appreciation for the importance of holistic well-being, and I see Pilates as a valuable tool in achieving this. Whether it’s in the clinic or the gym, I’m inspired by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives, promoting not only physical wellness but also mental and emotional resilience.
